Return Policy

All in stock product returns must be in unopened, unused and sellable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for open or used products, or refused or undeliverable addresses. Include your invoice and order number in the returned package.

No refunds for custom made items.
No refunds for customer error with collar size measurements.
No refunds for custom made jewelry.
If an item is an in stock item, the condition must be new and unused.
